Enquiring Minds Want to Know

I had every intention of completing my Chicken-Blogging with a demonstration of how to butterfly a bird for the oven a coupla weeks ago, but I ran into some Creative Differences issues with my photographer during the shoot. She favored detail over context and some key frames came out looking like an alien autopsy.
